Cravings are a sign of imbalance. I bring a clinical lens to the behaviours, habits, and triggers that drive the addiction to sugar. During our sessions, we will go deep to uncover the root cause(s) of the addiction. Managing the root cause(s) is incredibly essential in alleviating the sugar addiction, because unlike other addictions, where it may be possible to stop the behaviours involved in the addiction. Sugar addiction is intimately intertwined with food consumption - something we need to do at least three times a day, dependent upon your specific diet.
